Enroll in Brookline Green Electricity

Due to a change in the Eversource billing system you will now need your 11 digit account number and 8 digit service reference number to enroll in the program. You can see a sample bill with the service reference number on the second page here. Unable to find the service reference number on you bill? You can contact the supplier, Direct Energy, at (866) 968-8065 for questions about enrollment.

You can use the secure online form below, or contact the supplier, at (866) 968-8065 to enroll in one of the Brookline Green Electricity options or to change options. Once service has begun, your choice will be reflected on your following month’s electricity bill for the previous month’s service. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two billing cycles to complete enrollment.

Please note: If you are a new medium, large or very large business customer, or have previously opted out of the Program, the supplier has the option to offer a market price. Market prices will be offered by the electricity supplier in writing, and you will not be enrolled in that price unless you affirmatively accept.
